| Why you first choose Akuna Care? |
A while ago you sent me a form to fill in regarding why I'd chosen Akuna Care . I forgot about it until now as my dog is about to board with you again. I haven't been able to locate the form but thought I'd just send you my reasons for choosing Akuna Care.
A few years ago I was going on a holiday for a few weeks during the winter. I wanted to board Tia, my fox terrier somewhere where I knew she would be well taken care of. She is a dog that is used to being part of the family and therefore enjoys company, I was also concerned that she feels the cold greatly. After researching various places, Akuna Care sounded like a good option. I actually visited the kennels though to be sure. I was impressed by the runs, the large play area and the genuine love of animals displayed by the owners and their staff. I was also impressed by the fact that they request information about the animals being boarded regarding not only veterinary history but also information regarding eating, any problems etc.

| Why you continued to use our service? |
Whenever she returns home from a stay at Akuna, Tia seems unchanged and content. She had boarded at other kennels previously but Akuna Care seemed to suit her and I feel confident in leaving her there.
I have continued to choose Akuna Care when I need to board my dog. The pick up service is convenient and the driver is always courteous and punctual. If, for some reason he is late, you receive a call. Tia always returns fit, well and happy and the owners and the staff seem to do a great job.
