| Why you first chose to use Akuna Care? |
My sisterss vet (well her cats vet) suggested Akuna because he used you for his pets. I have recommended Akuna to quite a few friends who also are very happy.

| Why you continue to use our service? |
|
The pick-up and drop off service plus Ajay's personal able character. Marcus and Ariel's friendly, interested and personal knowledge of our pets is very important (we don't want to feel silly when we ring to check on our pet's well being while we're living it up on holidays!) The knowledge that the pets have the comforts of home, (esp. for cats!) fresh country air and lots of space for the dogs to run also the choice of options re: level of care!

| Favourite Rufus story. |
Of course this is a food-related story: We had only had Rufus for 5 o r6 weeks and were yet to experience the full brunt of a hungry Labrador. He was 4 months old and we had all gone out one Saturday afternoon, leaving a bone and fresh water and toys to keep him occupied.
My daughter and I came home first and I noticed that the laundry door (off the beck veranda) was open and some debris was on the back veranda upon further examination I noticed that the debris appeared to be egg shells so I went into the laundry and found the refrigerator door open the previously full egg carton minus 9 eggs, the large lasagne dish upside down and 3 feet away from the fridge, the 10 pack of Lebanese bread shredded all over the floor, 2 oranges rolling about and a few missing apples. Half laughing, half cross I chased Rufus (who by now had ventured back into the laundry to grab the last 3 eggs he'd forgotten to eat whole) out of the laundry and started to clean up.
I heard my Daughter shrieking from the backyard Rufus had vomited up 2 piles of food and was devouring his stomach contents all over again .Emily hurriedly ran for the white pepper (which wed been putting on plants and other things to try and stop him eating them) and doused his vomit in pepper but even that did not deter him so after a few stern words he retreated to his kennel feeling pretty off no doubt and went hungry that night
