| Why you first choose Akuna Care? |
Polly and Tilly were nine and a half years old and had never been left in a kennel as we had always taken them with us. Before leaving them in care for the first time we carefully researched our options by telephoning the vets in the area where we were living. It was clear after calling a number of vets that Akuna was the one they recommended most.

| Why you continued to use our service? |
Marcus and Ariel know our dogs by name and remember background information. They both seem fond of animals and our dogs seem to feel safe when interacting with them.
We have been able to enjoy our holidays in the knowledge that our precious pair are being cared for by the best available.

| What is your favourite Polly and Tilly story? |
We were on holidays in Canberra and happened to go past a pet shop which had a new litter of puppies in the window. One puppy who was the smallest and least favourable colouring saw us and jumped up to the glass and danced around on her back legs wagging her tail. It was almost as if she was communicating 'Here I am what took you so long?' The rest of litter ignored us and we resisted the temptation and drove back to Newcastle.
After six weeks had passed we still hadn't been able to forget the incident. We managed to trace the telephone number of the pet shop and rang and was told that the litter had all been sold apart from one puppy. I asked the pet shop owner to describe the puppy that was left and to our delight it was our Tilly. (She was the only one with a white tip on her tail). We paid for Tilly on our credit card and picked her up the next weekend.
Polly our other dog is the same age as Tilly and we bought her soon after we got Tilly. We thought they would be good company for each other. Polly likes squeaky toy's. She delights us each time we come home by running around the house with the toy in her mouth squeaking in celebration.
