We had two recommendations first from the vets and second from someone who used your care for their dog. Our dogs are very precious and given their backgrounds (Oscar from the RSPCA and Mable suffering from anxiety) we trusted your reputation of delivering a quality care service.

| Why you continued to use our service? |
Your kind service and understanding of our dogs need.
You provided a wonderful transport service which saved us much time.
I really loved the amount of play they had and the dam swims.
The biggest reason I know my dogs were happy was because they went right back to their normal routine when they came home. They were so happy and relaxed it was as though they had never left.
Mable has also increased her confidence which is nice.
I look forward to sending them again as they had a terrific holiday.

| What is your favourite Mable and Oscar story? |
I guess the funniest story is why they ended up in your care.
We had to visit family overnight and decided to let the dogs stay inside and put a dog door in so they could also go outside.
When we returned 24 hours later all of our new pillows and doona and wool underlay, sheets etc were ripped up all over the room.
Needless to say we didn't want that experience again.
Even when I was in labour with my daughter we waited until daybreak to go to the hospital. By then I was having 3 min contractions but at least the house wasn't being destroyed.
