I rang Akuna and spoke to Marcus about a previous stay at another kennel that was very distressing for Lucy and I. Marcus spoke about the philosophy of caring for animals at Akuna and I could tell he was being genuine. They are genuine.

I have been leaving Lucy with Marcus and Ariel regularly for over three years. Lucy and I both trust Akuna, Lucy has a good time and I can have a good time and have never once worried about her.
