| Why you first choose Akuna Care? |
We moved from Sydney to live in the Hunter Valley and were told about you by word of mouth from very close Sydney friends of ours, who have also used you, they too by word of mouth, and were thrilled with the care of their dogs and recommended you very highly.

| What do you enjoy most about using our service? |

From the first contact with you by phone, you were extremely friendly, very interested in our dogs and their needs, also more than happy for me to come and visit for myself to see the facilities available as I particularly wanted our dogs to be together. I was impressed by the size of the place, the condition and size of the runs, the play area and felt comfortable leaving our dogs with you. I initially trialed your care for a weekend and found both our dogs to be extremely happy arriving and happy to see me and in excellent condition all washed and looking gorgeous on pick up. Consequently we have been more than happy to use your services on three more occasions for a week long stay and recently with week long stays over a month and, on all occasions both dogs were happy and excited to be dropped off and happy, well and in excellent condition on pick up. I appreciated your dedication to see that one of our dogs who needed some medication was given it correctly and consistently during her say. Consequently I cannot recommend your service and care for our two girls more highly to anyone who might be contemplating using your service. We live more locally than perhaps other people say in Sydney or elsewhere, but I believe your pick up and delivery service is excellent also.
