Why you first chose to use Akuna Care?

I first choose Akuna for our beloved Nigel- Geoffrey's predecessor of course Geoffrey had to go to the same home away from home.

What did you enjoy most about using our service?

When you see your dog go running into the office as if to announce 'I AM BACK' you know that they have not only cared for - but loved. The fact that you know they are safe and cared for the same as if they were at home.

Favourite Geoffrey story.

I had never had a Boxer until I got NIGEL who sadly left us last November.
They are the most loyal loving dogs and the fact that they never really grow up is just something you get used to.
After NIGEL died we said we couldn't go through that sadness again.
We missed having him around so much we got ''Geoffrey Colin Randal'' also know as ''Geoffrey'' or G.C in Feb 2006 - he was 5kilo's when we bought him home and now at nearly 8 months he is 24kilo's and still growing.
The discipline this time has been different to when NIGEL was a puppy. That is none! He is just such a lovely dog, with a great personality and nature.
He is a bit of a landscape gardener with a particular love for gardenias and loves to keep steeling the washing with a particular fetish for socks.
I have learnt that because Boxers are such active large dogs, discipline at the early age is so important. He has bought an enormous amount of love and chaos to my self, my husband and daughter.
